Beautiful property in North Hills that once was part of the estate owned by Hollywood Star Joan Crawford and Alfred Steele in the late 1950s, and designed by architect Paul Williams. You will find plenty of indoor and outdoor room for you event or project. Large main living space, open kitchen with a 'farm chic' aesthetic, and an oversized fireplace. Available for filming are the primary bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with clawfoot bathtub, and a spacious open kitchen and living room with large brick fireplace and french doors and another bathroom/ shower with brick walks located near it. Tons of yard space including 3 concrete patios, one of which contains outdoor gas fireplace. Fruit trees and flowers are everywhere.
