This 950+ square foot, sound-isolated creative space features a dynamic ‘live’ room, an acoustically-treated control room, separate isolation areas, boutique/modern recording gear, vintage musical equipment and a laid-back aesthetic with vintage flourishes that include floor-to-ceiling stone walls, large arched windows, exposed wooden beams and white floors. Please note: hourly rate does NOT include an audio engineer. An audio engineer can be provided at a rate of $85 per hour. Monthly timeshares available for engineers and producers. DM for rates and availability. The space is also available for photo and video shoots. Great waterfront location in Red Hook. Walking distance from the NYC ferry.
