This private home in a high ceiling loft with two life size doll houses built inside, has a ballroom floor and a petite indoor garden gazebo. With chandeliers and candelabras everywhere, rococo design features, a hundred mirror wall, the unique interior style is 'Alice in Wonderland meets Marie Antoinette'.
This is conveniently located near G train (Greenpoint Av, 5 min) and L train (Bedford Ave, 20 min).
Most importantly—Loud music is welcome! Bring your own large speakers for your event and party (or you can use our house speaker for free—only Bluetooth)! Our space has hosted all kinds of private events including birthday party, gender reveal party, ball, banquet, dinner party, reception, bridal shower, piano concert, recital, baby and children event, etc.
Load-in/out Policy: The space is ONLY available for the contracted rental times. Time for load-in, load-out, cleaning and any other access to the space must be included in the contract.
Overtime Policy: Very Strict. Please, do not go over time. We highly recommend booking ample time for your event to save money. Our overtime rate is 1.5 times the normal rate.
1. Illegal activity is prohibited as by law.
2. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited on the premises.
3. You are responsible for returning the space to its original condition (you can use glitter and confetti, but if you do not clean up entirely, a cleaning fee will be added to the rental total).
4. You are responsible for obtaining any special permits or licenses required for your event.
5. Outside catering is allowed, but food/drinks should be prepared and ready to serve (we do not provide food preparation/storage facilities).
6. You are responsible for fees incurred with relation to activities and performances which may be payable to ASCAP, BMI or other such associations or societies.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Upon arrival, the space will be prepped, spotless, and ready to use. The on-site rep will check you in and assist to load in/out your equipment, set up all the tech you need, and will be available (but out of your way) the entire time in case you need assistance.

COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, meetings, and events. For individuals, we can refer trustworthy COI suppliers. Prices shown are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as: total attendees, start/end time of your reservation, vehicles involved (production), the amount of EQ to load in/out, etc.

This unique home has been carefully crafted bit by bit over years of detailed attention and love. It is the photographer's dreamscape. 9 skylights and the "stairway to heaven" will give you epic lighting and set the tone for a perfect afternoon event, you choose! Very delicate, so expect to take utmost care. No wild parties, but we do invite healthy celebration.
Big, renovated loft in DUMBO Brooklyn. The apartment is a converted industrial space, and maintains the cool-factor of old industrial Brooklyn while still enjoying modern finishes and taste. We have exposed wood beams, two painted and two raw wood, super high ceilings and beautiful movement of the light through the space throughout the day. There are two bedrooms (one is a big, bright master and the other is smaller and does not have access to natural light), a walk in closet, a renovated bathroom, and a giant open floor plan living room/ kitchen. There is also a classic fire escape!
This space is perfect for small events, photo/video shoots, meetings, or other gatherings. It is also on a street in DUMBO with an event space, often used for weddings and other large parties, as well as a large production studio where many commercials, films, TV shows, content shoots, etc take place. This is a great place for the crew / talent / bridal party, etc to hang out if you are utilizing one of DUMBO’s great spaces.
Please provide full details of your event and the expectations of using the space. Renters are responsible for returning the space to “good as new” condition immediately following the event, unless cleaning services are separately discussed with us. Thank you!
Our Party Room is located right near home, in Midwood, Brooklyn USA. (We have an Escape Room on premises. You can rent the party hall together with the escape room or just the party hall on its own.) Our hall can hold up to 30 people. We provide tables, chairs, small refrigerator, microwave, sink, prep area, bathroom. You bring table coverings, decorations, food, music, etc. This space is great for birthday parties, corporate events, baby showers, meetings, etc.
The $60/hour rate includes just the party room.

We have a completely private event space floor, which contains a Wifi, restroom, refrigerator, freezer, AC, tables, chairs and dedicated staff to ensure your next event is a success. Our event space accommodates 20 guests seated, and 40 guests standing. Our spaces can be tailored to meet all types of different events whether it is a birthday party, bridal shower, corporate dinner, happy hour, etc.
