There isn’t enough I can say to truly describe just how amazing Rob and Mabelyn were as hosts and just all around amazing people. I had booked their beautiful property for a video shoot and from the moment of first correspondence I felt like I had known them for years. They were gracious enough to allow me and my director to come up in advance to scout the property so we could organize all of our shots and treatments. Rob was so helpful onsite the day of the shoot. He was able to help us with lighting treatments in and around the home and just made everyone on the crew feel so welcome. Their property is truly a hidden treasure tucked away in the Hudson Valley. I would strongly recommend renting from them and more importantly hoping they stay onsite all day as they not only made the day run smoother but they truly made is all feel so great and comfortable. This is a truly one of a kind place with great history and culture. Anyone booking here would be blessed to have such a great opportunity. I hope to be able to book with them again in the future.

Super easy communication, prompt replies, and the space was big enough for a crew of 7 people. Lee was extremely responses and available throughout. I would 100% recommend shooting here - there is plenty of street parking, good restaurants around the cute neighborhood, and everything you need it in the area as well. 10 stars if I could.

This was a great residence to shoot at, the owners are very accommodating and answered texts immediately. I was able to scout it within a day of finding it on Giggster. The living room area is spacious and elegant with several great angles for camera. There is a nice bathroom for cast/crew, plenty of outlets for lighting, and another great feature is unlimited, free street parking! Would definitely shoot here again.
