About the Space

The suite is a private 2nd Floor space in a historic 1850s townhome with an original black and gold decorative fireplace. Minimally furnished in a mid-century modern style with vintage global décor, this space provides flexible uses. Doubling as an Airbnb; the king-size bed is easily dismantled to accommodate your event. The grand 12-foot ceilings are perfect for your next gallery showing, film/photo shoot, or screening. The well-equipped kitchenette with a hardwood island is perfectly situated for light food and beverage service. This interior space is 1200 sqft and provides access to an elegant balcony overlooking the mature Zen-inspired courtyard. Folding tables and chairs are available. Up to 24 people may be seated comfortably indoors. Standing room for up to 50 people is permitted in this suite. For meetings larger than 24 people, please refer to Event pricing. Groups of 51-100 may be accommodated by selecting to add on the garden-level parlor.
