Roman was such an incredible host. The house and property is exactly what you see in the photos. He was very accommodating and helpful in the days leading up to the shoot as well as on shoot day itself. Roman fully understands production and because of this, he helped us through out the day with any requests/questions that we had. I look forward to shooting at his space again!

We had a last minute music video shoot and Topher's studio was perfect: The space is exactly as advertised, spacious, clean, and accessible to mass transit. Topher was accessible throughout our reservation and extended the best hospitality. Will definitely book this space again.

Brian was a great host. Even more so, he was accommodating to our needs. When our sound guy was a no show, and we had to wait a few hours for a replacement he let us stay longer in the space to get the work done- and we were shooting nights. Not only that, but great communication. Would recommend to anyone!
