Wonderful location! The space (indoors and outdoors) was clean, modern, light, and beautiful. It was also easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. We had one day shoot in Amanda's home. It is a truly beautiful place with so much light and great space and props. I would shoot here again but I would suggest to check each image on the posting and make sure that image is "from client" and not an actual room. We made a mistake thinking that there are two bedrooms, but space has only one.

Brian was an amazing host. The date I wanted to book had already been booked by someone else, but he worked quickly to find a solution and new date that worked best for me and my crew. During our shoot he let us have privacy yet still was there to help me when I needed it. For example, he helped us find a tool that we had forgotten to bring with us. I would recommend booking with him in a heartbeat. The house was perfectly clean and ready to shoot in, and the lighting was great which we needed considering we were shooting with only natural light. Thank you again!

Filming at this location was as easy and comfortable as it comes. Shiva, the owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us space. I would absolutely film here again not only because the owner was so amazing, but because the actual space it visually wonderful for anything you might need to film.

Riccardo is the perfect host. We had nothing to worry about when we arrived. Load in was easy. There was a place for HMU and wardrobe to work. The loft is spacious with moveable pieces of beautiful furniture. I would highly recommend this space.
