It's a glass studio very open with stone and brick walls. High ceiling, rustic and industrial. Available for private event rentals, production (photoshoot or filming), corporate meetings, and more. Minimum of 4 hours rent. SPACE ACCOMMODATIONS: -Full seated dinner: Up to 75 guests seated at once. -Cocktail style buffet reception: Holds up to 90 guests, tables and chairs for about half. -All standing cocktail reception: 95-125 guests with some high tops. The space is an open floor plan. To allow room for a seated ceremony beforehand or dance floor after dinner, talk to your caterer about how they may need to swiftly rearrange seating according to your desired transitions.
