About the Space

Welcome to LE SPACE! This beautifully decorated, modern and cozy space is an artists studio collective. We are a community of artists, filmmakers, designers and we use our studio during the day for work purposes. At night, the space turns into a place for social gatherings, networking events, music performances, film screenings. Le Space can be booked during the day too, upon availability. This is NOT a place suited for big parties. Our space has large south-facing windows that let light pour in. It is conveniently located in prime Williamsburg, Brooklyn, right by the Mc Carren Park. An 8-minute walk from both the Bedford L and Lorimer L/ G subway stops, and surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and hotels. šŸœ Amenities: ā€¢ Wifi ā€¢ AC/ Heating ā€¢ Full bathroom ā€¢ Freight elevator šŸœ For events: Kitchen & Dining (What's Included): - Fully equipped kitchen with huge wooden island work table, open kitchen shelves. - Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. - Coffee maker. - Large family-style dining table that seats 12 people. (12 chairs included with space) - Sets of dinnerware (dishware, flatware & glassware). - Speakers (not bluetooth, but you can plug your phone in) Add-on Items (Rental available): - Folding tables - Folding Chairs - Tablecloths šŸœ For photoshoots (Whatā€™s included): -Backdrop -C-stand -Natural light Add-on Items (Rental available) -Smoke machine RULES Ā» Minimum of 4 hours booking Ā» Big parties not allowed Ā» No smoking in the building Ā» Music needs to be at a reasonable volume Ā» Please include time for clean up to leave the space as you found it šŸœ Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by phone and email. šŸœ‚ Check-Out We provide you with a 20 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 4 hours. We ask that you turn off the music and encourage your guests to wrap up their drinks and conversations inside while clean up is happening. Once it's passed, 1.5x hourly rate overtime will be added to the final bill accordingly. Please expect to communicate with us during this time so it can be determined when we need to return for a walkthrough and lock up. šŸœƒ Cleaning Fee There is a cleaning fee of $150. 1,600 square feet | 3rd floor Please Note: Security Cameras On-Site.

    We had a great time/event at this location! We held our Fantasy football draft which is a sort of yearly reunion. The space itself is as described cozy it feels like an active place with charm and warmth which makes it easy to feel at home. It's also a large space with flexibility for different layouts. My communication with Louis and Franny was smooth and always pleasant. Viewing the space was easy; I even had a virtual facetime tour before I could make it into the space. Thank you for the hospitality and for creating, maintaining, and sharing this wonderful space!

    Nice space, working wifi & sound system, located in Williamsburg. good lighting in the morning. Fanny and the team were helpful and responsive and we had a great day.

    My wife and I had our baby shower here, great space. Communication was great and really quick to respond. Really fun open space. Had an awesome time. I would give a 5/5, but was disappointed the elevator was not available for use. Made loading/unloading party supplies really difficult/time-consuming, as well as making it difficult for elderly family members to access the space with ease.

    My husband and I loved having our event here! The space is beautiful and it gives such a homey feeling with all the plants and different seating / lounge areas. All our guests loved it! Would highly recommend. The team is also very kind and communication was easy. Thank you all.
