Great space with a very communicative host. Used it for a shoot and was able to get in and out smoothly. Owner leaves very detailed instructions. Very cool, vintage, retro items throughout the space that make great cutaways if needed. You must check out the clear turntable.

Christina was so extremely gracious and helpful during our production shoot here. Not only was she extremely flexible and accommodating with us, she helped to make it overall such a great experience working with her. Not only did she leave her own apartment to offer us more space, she was also extremely willing to let us use any part of the apartment we needed. We had about 19 people and the space was large and open enough to fit each and every person, as well as equipment here... they also let us leave equipment overnight, which saved us on so much time and was so convenient. The space was extremely well decorated and unique, perfect for our shoot and any usage. If you're hesitating to book with Christina, for whatever reason, I promise you will not regret working with her and using the space.

I'm a film student and was looking for a white studio space to film in and this place was exactly what I had envisioned. It had the perfect amount of space to fit all the crew members and cast. Also, Monica was amazing at being so responsive to our needs for the set and very kind enough to adjust the space to our liking. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone who's looking for a white space because there's so much you can do with it inside! I had such a great and smooth experience thanks to Monica's help!
