I am a photographer and one of the main reasons I got this studio was for the two huge unobstructed East-facing windows with 15 foot ceilings. What I love about this space is that whether it's sunny or overcast the studio captures so much light in it's 25' x 21' space that it truly is a photographer/videographer's playground. Feel free to move all my furniture and decor around to create your own unique setup or use my 9' black/white foam board for those perfect portraits. I have a large makeup station with a theater lit mirror and makeup stools. I have seamless paper available in a variety of colors for a minimal fee as well, just let me know. I'm really excited to see what you're able to create in my beautiful studio, look forward to speaking with you about your next project.

Loft Space Options in Brooklyn

We can all agree that space is at a premium. Whether you’re looking for a place to live or a modern office space to work from, a loft space is an excellent idea to meet your needs. The trouble is, just finding a loft space isn’t the only thing you have to worry about. Here we’ll list some things for you to think about before you go hunting for lofts.

  • Transportation
Since a loft anywhere in New York is going to be in a busy locale, it’s important to have an exact idea of the transportation options open to you before you decide on a loft space. Make sure to check on nearby subway lines and bus routes. If you’ll have clients or event attendees visiting your Brooklyn loft space, accessibility is essential. Finding the perfect loft may be difficult, so it’s important to be open to options.

  • Designer
The layout of your loft is a factor to look at as well. What you’re using your Brooklyn loft for and where everything will go is part of ensuring the loft will work for your needs. It’s a good idea to tour the space first and form an image of how you can configure things so that they will work. Lofts offer a unique set of benefits for those that want a more open plan and an affordable option to live or work out of. Work with a design specialist to help you optimize your chosen locale.

  • Equipment Rental
Turning your loft into a gallery space or an office? Make sure to have the right equipment that allows you the utmost efficiency. Not only that, but the enjoyment of a loft space in Brooklyn is key. Lighting, workstations, and the right technology will make everything work.
