This is a stunning 1500 sqft open floorplan loft located in the heart of Greenwich Village just steps from Washington Square Park. Public transportation is located on the block (A,C,E,B,D,F,M) and the 1 train is less than 5 min walking distance for instant, easy access to anywhere in the city.
The space is drenched in south facing light with high 14ft ceilings, exposed brick walls and beams, wood floors and oversized windows. Each window has been custom fitted with beautiful dark wood blinds that are adjustable for your lighting needs.
The apartment is located in the rear of the building and is whisper quiet. We are on the 3rd floor with a key entry elevator that opens directly into the apartment. There is a long spacious hallway perfect for equipment staging. We have a projector, sound system and comfortable seating available for up to 25 people.
Our quintessential New York dream loft is the perfect place for interviews, photo/film shoots and off-site work related brainstorming groups.
Please note for production bookings a representative will be available on-site for the duration of your production to ensure a seamless experience. When you arrive our on-site representative will check you in, assist in unloading your equipment and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Upon arrival, the space will be prepped, spotless, and ready to use. The on-site rep will check you in and assist to load in/out your equipment, set up all the tech you need, and will be available (but out of your way) the entire time in case you need assistance.

COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, meetings, and events. For individuals, we can refer trustworthy COI suppliers. Prices shown are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as: total number of attendees, start and end time of your reservation, vehicles involved (production), the amount of EQ to load in/out, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Tiers, prices and minimum hours may be different than shown on Giggster depending on rental type (meetings, events, productions, showrooms) due to their settings. Confirm with us.

Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$200/hour (i.e. $340/hr (base) + $200/hr (film surcharge)) = $540/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots.

Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot.
The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases.
Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed.
We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time.
Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule.
We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. Do not message to ask.
This beautiful Library serving as a content creation location is unique and something like we've never offered before. This location serves as the perfect decor for many different production projects. The spacious library has a perfect balance between the vibrant New York feel and stillness. There's a beautiful mixture and balance of natural light entering this building. The library is full of props. This location is big in size and can be used for big productions with big crews as it's located in a huge mansion. There's plenty of room for holding. This location in the heart of Manhattan will bring the vision of your creative, visual project to life. This massive library has an old-school and vintage vibe which remained untouched since back in the day.
Our team manages several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in media production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions.
Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive.
A certificate of insurance is required of all productions.
Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking.
Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package.
