About the Space

Our space is a Tribeca Loft on two floors on a beautiful tree-lined, cobblestone street. The upper floor (8 steps up off street level) has 12 foot ceilings and an open floor plan (kitchen, living room, dining) as well as the Master bedroom and bath and an additional powder room. The lower level features a large playroom, full bathroom and two bedrooms. We face south so the apartment is very sunny in the morning and midday hours. Modern furnishings.
