About the Space
***If you are hosting a party / gathering of any kind, please make sure to book under EVENTS, NOT PRODUCTIONS*** Welcome to Studio CLYX 1, over 900 square feet of photography and film loft space, boasting large industrial windows, lime-washed walls with a New York charm and 12 foot ceilings. We are conveniently located right across the road from the Morgan Ave L Train Station. EQUIPMENT: We provides 4 C-Stands, 2 V-Flats, 2 Sandbags and 1 x Video Light. Do allow for 5-10 minutes for the operator to arrive after being called and let us know in advance before your booking. MUSIC: There are other artists and studios in the building so we kindly ask that you moderate the music and noise from 7am to 5pm. No loud music and no DJ is allowed. CLEANING: To ensure the studio is affordable for our guests, we ask that you keep the space clean and leave it in the way it was presented. SMOKING: No smoking and No drugs is allowed in the space! Gorgeous space with tons of light. Would highly recommend !
- booked a photo shoot
Very spacious with attractive seating options, wall textures/decor, and lots of natural light. It was overcast and we could shoot with just the window and a v-flat. Communication was fast and clear. Had a few normal hiccups with timing and the door lock that were resolved very quickly and fairly. Definitely recommend!
- booked a photo shoot
Excellent location and venue. Very spacious and plenty of room to get creative. Plenty of daylight fills the room. The host Gladys was excellent, great response time. Will visit again.
