🔥Corner 450 sqf Sunny Loft space with 14ft ceilings! 🎥This space works perfectly for production shoots. You can control seamless paper with the remote. 💛We have 2 huge 10ft windows facing East and South so you will get incredible direct sunlight in this space until 2pm. 🌑If you would like to cover the light - we have Black curtains that block about 80% of light. 💡You can also add to your reservation Make up studio next door - $15/hr We offer two free changing rooms in the hallway. Huge stock of seamless backdrops. Basic equipment included, you can add more equipment in Add-ons Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) Raw Concrete floor - you don't need to worry that equipment can leave scratches on the floor 🚇MIkSpace photo studio - 75 Stewart ave - 4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in the building and find studio space - How to use equipment If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 🚨All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$20 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add it with your booking in the Add-ons section if you need to step on the paper.
