Our modest two-story home is the perfect choice for you! Our house is nestled in a quiet valley in North East LA that closely resembles many popular adjacent neighborhoods. The 1200sqft two-bedroom home, with a retro 60's style kitchen and terraced jungle garden faces north with sweeping views of the San Gabriel mountains and lots of natural light. My partner and I both work in creative fields and are both musicians and the home reflects this in its style and design- toeing the line between modern and vintage, the 1950s-era home can easily be styled to match any period theme. The living area and kitchen look across to an undeveloped hillside and natural landscape, while the bedroom and office look out over the garden to a stunning view of the neighborhood and mountains. The lower floor includes a sunroom that looks over a beautiful 5000sqft terraced garden with an overgrown jungle feel complete with an outdoor bar! Our home has lots of charm and character and has been featured in many creative projects over the years hopefully it's the right fit for your project too!
