Welcome to your dream production, film, photo shoot venue! This brand new tastefully remodeled property offers everything you may need to set up a perfect set for any occasion. With an oversized ultra private backyard including an extra large grass area, modern brand new pool with spa, and a large gazebo overlooking the beautiful unobstructed Mountain View’s of Encino and Tarzana. Backyard includes magnificent matured 50-100 ft palm trees and Australian trees giving you the feeling of relaxation, and privacy. Any and all activities work extremely well in this space to include baby showers, weddings, and productions. The home has a very open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each remodeled in their unique style. The kitchen faces the beautiful views and is centrally located in the home for perfect entertainment purposes. Unique features to keep in mind our the outdoor side French style dining area with one of a kind design flooring.
