We are located adjacent to the Southeast corner of Burbank BLVD and Vineland AVE, across the street from Circus Liquor and Mama Lina restaurant. We have a gated parking lot leading to the front entrance that can be made available for you and your crew (only 10 spots available). Enter through the front entrance; Staff will let you in. The office space is to the rear of the building, to the left of the Staff Area. A cozy, quiet office space with privacy, desk, and adequate lighting. 132 sq feet (12 feet by 11 feet) a great space for: private meetings; writing; rehearsing; coaching; etc.
