About the Space

We are located adjacent to the Southeast corner of Burbank BLVD and Vineland AVE in North Hollywood, across the street from Circus Liquor and Mama Lina restaurant. We have a gated parking lot leading to the front entrance that can be made available for you and your crew (only 10 spots available). Enter through the front entrance; Staff will let you in. The office space is to the rear of the building, to the left of the Staff Area. A cozy, open conference/meeting space with a large conference table and adequate seating for a small group. 183.75 sq feet (17.5 feet by 10.5 feet) a great space for: private meetings; collaborating; writing; rehearsing; coaching; etc.
