About the Space
The Studio includes a 1100 sqft stage with sound proofing and acoustical treatments in addition to 1 bathroom and 1 green room (Soon to be 2). Ideal uses for the space are Interviews, Music Videos, Film Pickups, Talk Show sets and Small Film sets. Optionally, the space can also be used for some events such as album release parties, small shows, and rehearsal space. The walls are completely black with a reflective ceiling. Optionally, the ceiling can be black as well. There is also a green room with ample space to do makeup for two. Great food is within walking distance, several of which will also cater locally at the studio with advance notice.

Patrick was very helpful and generous with his time. He didn't simply just meet us at the space, but assisted setting up the lighting and spent the time explaining how to shoot it to get the look I was after. The space was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Patrick was great at communicating and was accommodating when I needed to change the booking time. The space was perfect for what we wanted to shoot. The images on the website are a true representation of how the space can look! I highly recommend!

The location was excellent; the stage had plenty of space and was clean for our film shoot. Patrick is an awesome guy, and he is accommodating. Although this space deserves five stars, the only drawback was that it was not totally sound-proof for shooting films with dialogue or recording sound effects. We could hear the traffic noise from the adjacent street or nearby businesses, which interfered with recording clean sounds. Otherwise, it was an excellent stage for shooting film with no dialogue or sound effects to record as well as shooting photography. I will consider and recommend this stage for shooting if sound quality is not crucial or the sounds can be fixed in the post.

Great space to film black void shots. Was able to film a dance project with 8 person formations without any issues! Patrick was extremely helpful and accommodating. Gave us tips on how to achieve the shot we wanted as well. Would definitely book this place again next time we need another black void shot!
