Brand new renovation (2022) of a Spanish revival 1923 home in mid-city (Carthay Square) with manicured backyard, granite patio and pool with hot tub spillway to pool. ADU includes bathroom with open, floor-to-ceiling glass shower as well as wet bar and bar window to pool area patio. Yard is lined with beautiful olive trees and privat hedges with a massive lemon tree. No access to the main house. Exterior shots only.
