Designed specifically with film-production in mind, the house provides ample backdrops, ranging from the modern pink living room to the calm minimalist bedroom to the lush tropical patio and yard. Ideal for small budget fashion shoot, school filming projects, and everything in between. Listed rates are variable, and can go up or down depending on the following factors: - crew size - motion vs. still - permitted or unpermitted - insured and non-insured - quality of portfolio/general experience We love hosting film shoots, and while this property is BRAND NEW we have hosted over 50 bookings in the last year, and will always try our best to accommodate your creative needs.
