High ceilings, natural light, and plenty of empty space are great for various productions including photoshoots, podcasting, and interviews. Overtime is subject to x1.5 times hourly rate extra charge If you do not notify the host 30 minutes before booking end

We have security cameras monitoring 24/7 inside the space so please use the restroom for changing

All lights in the space must be turned off once your booking time has finished

** Number of guests should be 100% accurate. For any additions after the booking has been made, please contact us

** IF CAMERA/WIFI equipment is unplugged, you will be charged a $150 fee

** If the door is left open upon leaving you will be charged a $50 fee

** IF ANY RULE IS BROKEN WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHUT DOWN THE PRODUCTION
