About the Space

1400 sq ft studio located in Arts District with giant windows and lots of character. This space is a naturally lit loft with a great area for shooting and a full kitchen. It features one full side of windows for natural light as well as a curtain wall for different backdrops. No shoes on the rugs as they cannot be cleaned If they get dirty. -Great for different types of production, as well as interviews/events/presentations. - Conveniently located in heart of the Arts District with lots of restaurants/shops and take out places. - Free parking on/off site - Studio is on the first floor so easy access to the unit. Any equipment/props can be brought with no issues. - The actual unit space is located at the end of a hallway with a outdoor area set up by the community and can be used anytime by our customers. The unit has: --- High Ceilings --- Four Giant windows --- Dressing Room --- Large Modern Kitchen with marble island and chandelier --- Distressed white brick walls --- Wide range of backdrops: ⁃ 10ft high by 16ft long curtains OOO Lighting equipment is FREE of charge for our guests.
