Located in the heart of Los Angeles, Our School of Ballet offers hourly rental in our four spacious, light-filled studios, perfect for rehearsals, classes, auditions, private coaching and other creative projects. Whether you’re looking for a professional dance space or a stunning filming location, our beautifully maintained studios provide a comfortable, yet inspiring environment for any project. STUDIO DETAILS: -Marley covered sprung flooring -Floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides (with blinds) -Baby grand piano -Sound system with bluetooth capability -Full mirrors at the front of the room -Bi-level ballet barres along 2 walls -Additional portable barres, as needed -Barre space for up to 40 dancers (with portable barres) PRICING Studio A: 1,728 sq ft (54’ x 32’) – $110/hr Studio B: 1,457 sq ft (47’ x 31’) – $100/hr Studio C: 1,081 sq ft (47’ x 23’) – $80/hr Studio D: 672 sq ft (32’ x 21’) – $60/hr **Need extra space?** Studios B and C feature a sliding wall between them that can be opened to create one large studio space. Helpful for extra large classes and can even be used as a small performance space. Size: 2,528 sq. ft.
