About the Space

Versatile, bright creative studio with white brick walls great for photo and/or video content creation. This space is adjacent to a production company with lighting, grip, camera, production supplies & office space available to rent in addition to the studio. We're setup to support you and your crew with whatever will elevate your shoot. Your crew will also have access to an 11' table & chairs in our bullpen for additional working space. There is also a back alley available as a flex outdoor/shooting area. The studio also includes: + Retractable blackout curtains + Garage Door for easy loading + Hair/Makeup Station + A/C & Heating + Refrigerator This is not a fully soundproof environment, but has been used for interview filming and other audio capture without major issues. PLEASE NOTE - The space is available to rent 24 hours a day BUT if reserving outside of our normal business hours (9am-7pm, Monday-Friday), a Site Rep fee of $25/hr will be added to your reservation.
