This house was PERFECT for our Ecom shoot. The main house and the guest house provided us with the flexibility and variety we needed. Being able to shoot in two unique kitchens was important. Are you working on a film that requires 2 different LOOKS? 2 different Kitchens? We have 2 HOUSES on 1 LOT. Modern Farmhouse - 2117SF (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) connects through corridor to - Mid Century Modern House - 1000SF (large studio that looks like a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) Entertainment center/closet that is a room divider, can be moved around to location as needed. Both properties located on 13,000SF land in West Hills, quiet neighborhood, lots of greenery, parking and great neighborhood. So many unique areas and lots of space. Large driveway for 8 cars, large front yard with pavers and rocks, leads into backyard, tiled patio with seating and TV, outdoor fireplace, lounging area, seating area and swing chair. It's a large wrap around with a side gate which leads back to driveway. Come see this place for yourself!

PARKING - We have a 6 car driveway, if you need more space, my neighbor rents her driveway for $125 for 6 cars. If you have more than 12 cars, plus working vehicles, we can provide a base camp at additional cost. Please inquire about this.

Nina's place was a great spot to film. Plenty of outside space to stage lunch, etc. The space was clean and well designed. Nina was very responsive and willing to work with us. Just a note: She is cautious of having certain things unplugged and prefers any overnight security to remain outside the gate and not enter the property.
