Modern, urban-industrial craft distillery that's fully operational, creating whiskey, vodka, gin and more from 7AM-5PM on the weekdays. 2,000-gallon whiskey barrels, futuristic bottling machines, metallic infusion tanks and rustic copper stills can be found on the distillery floor, while the upstairs Skybox Tasting Room has a beautifully lit bar area with skylights, multi-colored walls and a glass-paneled view of the distillery below.
