About the Space
NEW studio, THE FIRST AND ONLY to have an entire prop wall for your use. This studio is a dream location for product photography as well as brand and portrait shoots. The studio gets BEAUTIFUL natural light as it has large windows and comes with HUNDREDS of props to use for your photoshoot as well as photography equipment. The studio located in the heart of downtown LA and is located on the 11th floor of the building with unobstructed views of the city. FREE AMENITIES / PERKS INCLUDED: - Backdrop Boards in several colors and textured - Hundreds of unique props - High Speed WiFi - Strong A/C - Clothing Rack - Rolling Product Table/ + Additional Table - Portable Pop Up Dressing Tent - Pictured Furniture (Large mirror, props, specialty tubular chairs) - Abundant Natural Sunlight - 11th Floor Stunning Views of The City - White Walls & Concrete Floor The building is located near several pay parking lots and street-meters. There are two elevators: Three passenger elevators; One Freight Our Studio could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, High-End product photography and more. REMINDER: ALL props must be placed exactly to its original spot, we count and check all items are placed back at the end of your shoot. If anything is damaged or stolen we will charge. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture and equipment is placed in its original location. Please Note: Our loft is not soundproof, and we will not allow loud music. Security Cameras: There is one security camera inside the space that will be used only if necessary to provide proof of footage upon request. Such as: damages, late departures, missing items and safety concerns.

We booked this space along with another space right next door that is also owned by Ivanna. We unfortunately did not get a chance to utilise this space for filming, we used it as a wardrobe, hair and makeup area only. However, it was lovely and everything was as pictured. The air conditioning was super strong and perfect for staying cool on set. Thank you, Ivanna!
