Designed and built in 1953, our home is a quintessential mid-century modern design conveniently located near the 405 and the 101 in the Lake Balboa neighborhood. Nearby you'll also find beautiful Lake Balboa/Woodley park. The house has its own bit of additional history as it was designed by a high school student as part of an architectural design contest in 1953. It was also featured in the Los Angeles Times Home Magazine (1953) as well as Popular Science (1954).
