Mid Century Eagle Rock Bungalow with Great Views

This hillside property is conveniently located and walkable to shops and restaurants. It is a 1950 bungalow with a small front yard and porch, large patio in the back and a hillside area accessed by a winding brick staircase. The interior is a mix of mid-century contemporary in the front (living) room and mid-century old Hollywood in the back (dining) room; so it would be great for a contemporary location but could also function quite well for period requirements. The front yard is populated with native plants. There is a lovely porch in front with Adirondack chairs and a potted plant. And there is ample sitting for party events in the front as the area over the garage is also a sitting area. The kitchen is a light and bright galley style but relatively large - gas stove and stainless steel appliances. There is a view that overlooks the city across the way. There is an office space that resembles a library with dark wood bookcases filled with books. With regard to electronics, there are two record players - one in the living room and the other in a secondary office space. In the back, there is a dining room table, outside bar and ample sitting areas along with a barbecue and small mobile fire pit. There is an herb garden and other flowers and plants throughout this level. A brick staircase leads to a parklike environment with trees and views of the surrounding areas. There is parking in the garage as well as street parking. For large events, the Eagle Rock Plaza has plenty of parking and there is also the possibility of parking on College View which intersects Loy Lane. We have some production equipment, props and office equipment available for an extra fee.
