Available 7-days a week | Times dependent upon day Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM | Reception Hours 5:30PM-11:00PM | Evening Hours *Inquire For Weekend Hours* Many of our meeting rooms come equipped with: a TV Screen, HDMI hook-ups, conference phone, white board and markers, and has video conference capabilities! 5 Person Meeting Room is 140 sq ft 7 Person Meeting Room is 154 sq ft 10-15 Person Meeting Room is 229 sq ft. Large Meeting Room is 1008 sq ft. Ideation Meeting Room holds up to 60 people. Our meeting rooms are fully-equipped with state-of-the-art ergonomic furniture, A/V, a monitor, a Polycom conference dial, and whiteboards (or whiteboard walls). Travel lightly—we have all the necessary cords and adapters for your smart devices. Connect your laptop to a projector or monitor, ignite your team with your ideas and share them via our built-in Polycom phones. Our space provides inspirational tools to make your next film shoot, deep-dive training, conference, team lunch or writer's room session a success. On-site parking is available with convenient access to local transportation and hotel accommodations.
