About the Space

We offer over 15,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor/outdoor event and filming space. Our newly remodeled Banquet Hall is located in the heart of Warner Center in Woodland Hills and has over 15,000 sq ft of space. With decor that has a modern look and seats up to 250 +guests. Our Package will provide you with all the necessities to enjoy a stress-free day. With our rental, you bring in your own caterer and it gives you all the basics to create your own event from scratch. We have a variety of options. Please contact us to schedule a viewing or answer any questions you may have. -Seating capacity for Main Hall (if using as is) is 300 while standing is 350 -Seating capacity for conference room (if using as is) is 25 -Stage in Main Hall is 12 x 8. -Main Hall is 7,000 sq. ft. -Patio is 1100 sq. ft. -21 total rooms and 2 sets of M and F restrooms w/ multiple stalls -36 total parking spaces The photos clearly do not do this massive space justice.     Great location for our film shoot. We needed a versatile office space that we could dress as a few different story locations, and this provided that, plus a ton of additional space for holding and staging. Hosts were very easy to work with and made our shoot day a success. Would definitely recommend!
