About the Space

Our Villa is an Italian Style style courtyard featuring a lion's head tile wall fountain covered in luscious ivy, stone columns, a variety of flowers and palms, and a long wooden table with unique mismatched vintage chairs. Designed by a creative director, the space is set with photographable vignettes that create the illusion that you are in a European or Spanish oasis, but in the convenient location of Sherman Oaks, LA. The inside floor level includes two air-conditioned spaces: a spacious room with white walls, unique tile flooring, the bathroom, and a glass door entrance from the courtyard; and a long kitchen with glass sliding doors & main entrance door from the courtyard, more unique tile flooring, two story ceilings with Mediterranean inspired colorful walls, and dark wood cabinetry. These spaces are often used as a prep room but filming access can be negotiated as well. Ask us about our collection of props, 1800's upright piano, and styling wardrobe you can rent!
