Located in the heart of the Arts District, this spacious, west facing loft with lots of natural light sits on the 5th floor with amazing views of downtown LA. A beautiful, golden light pours into the loft from late afternoon to evening.
There is street parking available on Hewitt, Molino, Palmetto, and 5th streets. There's also a paid lot north of the building and a parking garage just south of the building. There are two entrances with elevators easily leading to the 5th floor.

This is an amazing space....well-decorated, large, with lots of natural light. It is a beautiful studio and the hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
