Located in the heart of the Arts District, this spacious, west facing loft with lots of natural light sits on the 5th floor with amazing views of downtown LA. A beautiful, golden light pours into the loft from late afternoon to evening. There is street parking available on Hewitt, Molino, Palmetto, and 5th streets. There's also a paid lot north of the building and a parking garage just south of the building. There are two entrances with elevators easily leading to the 5th floor. - Concrete walls - Eclectic furniture and props - Seamless backdrop stand - White, Deep Yellow and Blue seamless available - Makeup station - A beautiful view of downtown LA - Lots of natural light - Multiple mirrors - Music Speaker - A clothing rack - Chairs - WiFi Site rep mandatory fee: $350

Lorenzo's loft is every bit as beautiful as it seems in the photos, and was perfect for our production needs. The host was also incredibly kind and helpful! Will definitely book again.

This is an amazing space....well-decorated, large, with lots of natural light. It is a beautiful studio and the hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
