This studio is a dream! A large, industrial studio/film space, conveniently located in the valley (Van Nuys/Panorama City) and perfect for all photography and video projects. With close to 4,500 sq. ft. there is plenty of room for small or large creative projects. Just down the street you can find a number of stores, restaurants, and other businesses, like Walmart, Burlington, Home Depot, Ross, Marshall's, Bank of America, Five Below, and so many food options I feel fat just thinking about it, such as Chipotle, Hawaiin BBQ, Burger King, a delicious pizza shop, and more! As a photographer, I know what I need and look for in a studio (or just what makes shooting more comfortable) and I've equipped my space with everything I felt I needed to do that.
