The huge half built auditorium with second floor balcony, natural light is beautiful on the inside. Perfect for a very raw look. We also have a Piano you are allowed to use on site. There is power and wifi running through the entire building, there are also several other areas of the building, including many rooms and floors that are in development, a loading door and many other dark dilapidated areas.
