This Hollywood Hills property provides dozens of beautiful settings. Outside you have the trifecta of a large yard, heated swimming pool and hot tub, and breathtaking sweeping views of LA. Inside, you have an Old Hollywood inspired vibe with high ceilings with a Chateau Marmont vibe. All the wall designs are hand painted by a famous artist.  PERFECT FOR EVENTS!!! All events are based on a head count, type of event and seasons so prices will vary accordingly. This great modern-day castle on the hill is a versatile set waiting for you to call action. Entering the property is like going through a portal to Old Hollywood or a European country villa. Sit in a wicker chair on the pool deck writing postcards imagining you are in an exotic outpost-far far away. At dusk, take your paramour on a garden stroll, or watch the city light up on the large expansive pool deck, while enjoying the soundscape of pool fountains and nature’s elements. From the main room to the balcony and patio, the scale is gracious from a long gone era, perfect for hosting an impromptu party, serving a formal dinner, shooting a feature film, or closing the deal. Thick lush greenery ensures privacy. The balcony and the turret offer the perfect perch for looking out or being above it all- with views reaching from the wide panorama of the city to the serenity of the hills of Runyon Canyon, and deep into the lush green of the garden. - Please contact us for a walk-through for $1000 and up events. - On-Site Manager we supply is required for every booking. It is included in the rate at a cost at $30/hr. For larger parties 2 on-site managers will be required and additional costs will apply. -Additional costs for usage of pool if requesting to have it heated. -No smoking except in designated areas on the street -No Pets, unless approved FAQ Amplified music allowed outdoors? Never, quiet hours begin at 10PM. Outlets are available throughout the home, Min 20 Amp. Exterior electrical outlets available by patio, pool, and sunset deck/pebble garden. Is there dedicated space available for hair & makeup? Yes.  Hair and makeup room with a hollywood style vanity mirror, and director chairs, with a large closet for your wardrobe.  COI required for all shoots and events Additional COI required for all vendors at the space: ie, bartender, catering, ect... A Security Deposit up to 5000.00 is due for all events, fully refundable 10 days after the event. If paying with a check, please allow 4 business days before shoot, or payment is accepted thru a cash app ie: Venmo What are the parking and load-in / load-out options on site?  2 in the driveway. Direct load in from the garage with no steps or through the side yard to backyard. Free parking spots on the street with no restrictions but limited. For parties UBER/LYFT recommended. A Shuttle service is also recommended where you can rent a church parking lot for your guests at the bottom of the hill.
