Ground floor, 2k sq ft with 15ft ceilings, mezzanine has a 10ft table and TV room has an 80" TV, hard floors, front desk, lockers, mounted bball net, brick wall, communal sink. For this affordable price you would not have the entire property vacant, but rather come scout or write what areas you are shooting in and our friendly staff will make sure it is ideal for you. The Location was great, but the cilents who live there were walking around to much and I had to constantly ask them to not to walk around because were in production.
