5th Floor office space with access to a multitude of law enforcement/military and related wardrobe/props for rent! Enjoy the convenience of having your scene(s) shot with numerous costume, prop and set needs in one place, centrally located in Encino! Great for small photo, video shoots or production office rental, our space consists of a front reception set with seating and a large mirror, interrogation room set with hanging lamp, table and 3 metal chairs, police Chief/attorney/business office set which can be doubled as a police bullpen and/or casting office, along with two rooms filled with police, EMT, Department of Corrections, Military, etc wardrobe to rent for your actors! In addition, we offer a kitchen area with cleaning supplies and large refrigerator fully stocked with water. Storage cabinets with shelving. Furniture and lighting equipment as seen in pictures is included or can be removed prior to rental. Valet parking max fee of $12 per vehicle 8 AM to 10 PM M-F. Free parking Saturday and Sunday. NOTE: Free street parking available on surrounding streets. Close, easy access to 101 and 405 Freeways.

The space and host were both amazing. We went there to film one scene and after seeing all the different spaces with in that one we shot 3. David was so patient, understanding, and helpful. We are definitely planning on Utilizing the space again. He also had so many props that we find very helpful for our other projects.
