Featuring a backyard oasis complete with a private pool and an outdoor kitchen, this 2-bedroom, 3-bath house makes an ideal location for productions seeking a modern, sleekly designed home in the San Fernando Valley. Central AC/heat in the interior. A decorative popcorn machine is featured in the living room, along with a wall mounted smart TV above the fireplace. There are 4 exterior security cameras on property. Cameras do not look into interior spaces. Smoking is not allowed. Outdoor kitchen on the covered back patio also includes a charcoal grill table, gas grill, smart TV, luxury outdoor couch seating, and accommodations for outdoor dining. A portable fire-pit, small table with umbrella, and hammock accent the pool area in the back yard. Insurance required. More than 10, please let the host know.
