About the Space

Our industrial loft space is 3500sqft in total featuring high (13ft) ceilings, distressed red brick walls, white walls and floors, and tall ceilings that offer great natural light, especially in the morning and early afternoon. It's a great space for film and photo shoots, and product photography! Our largest room is 2000sqft, and it's connected to a 400sqft staging/setup room. Down the hallway is a multipurpose 650sqft room - all these rooms are included with your booking! The studio is on the first floor, and we offer complementary on-site parking, as well as a private outdoor stairwell to load gear in and out of. Please Note: We don't currently provide lighting/grip/electrical equipment - all gear is to be brought in by the project creators.
