About the Space

General Rules Production Rules • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at 10:00am — do no arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — • Make sure your head count is accurate when you book. If you sent a booking request with 5ppl — and show up with 25ppl You will be charged more per hour. For reference this is the price breakdown per hour: ** Price will cary with amount of people on set or at event. • No smoking inside our warehouse (this includes weed and cigarettes) — if you want to smoke we have a $250 additional fee to waive this rule • No smoking or drinking outside of our warehouse in the open parking lot — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. The $100 cleaning fee on the listing is simply our site rep fee that goes to our site rep who will be there on the day of the booking. To avoid an overage, "taillights" must be be within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8p to avoid being billed an extra hour • Haze & Smoke Machines are allowed • The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production Event Rules: EVENT DETAILS **Weekend Rate Varies ***6 Hour minimum ***All ticket sold events & Alcohol Sales must require proper permitting. *** No Illegal alcohol sales *** No after-hours. **** Ticket sold events will vary in pricing. **** Proper crowds only. ***Each Security - 35/HR ( From when your event starts and ends) *** No underage drinking. *** Loud music is allowed. *** Weddings Are allowed Example: Events starts at 9pm ends at 2am, security will be $175. *** One security is needed for every 75 people with addition of door guard controlling crowd. *** HALLOWEEN, NEW YEARS, and SPECIAL HOLIDAYS PRICE WILL VARY.
