General Rules Production Rules • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. For reference this is the price breakdown per hour: ** Price will cary with amount of people on set or at event. • No smoking inside our warehouse (this includes weed and cigarettes) — if you want to smoke we have a $250 additional fee to waive this rule • No smoking or drinking outside of our warehouse in the open parking lot — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. The $100 cleaning fee on the listing is simply our site rep fee that goes to our site rep who will be there on the day of the booking.
