Welcome to your next production space! This airy and plush designer 1920s craftsman triplex is centrally located in Los Angeles. Inside you will find 4500 square feet of recently renovated, wide open space for productions of all kinds. You will access to three separate units during the time of your booking. Enjoy immense natural light, a beautiful modern kitchens, a designer living rooms, funky bedrooms and tons of space to create your next masterpiece. Our back driveway is great for loading/unloading production equipment. Which can park up to 9 cars. There is also street parking directly in front of the house. Anything can be moved as long as you put it back the way it was originally. Production insurance is required for all bookings. We also provide insurance if needed.
