Photo studio located in Echo Park, featuring a 16’ x 14’ x 11’h right angle cyc wall. The studio features several additional shooting areas, ranging from clean white drywall to used brick with heavy character and NY loft feel. 11'h ceilings throughout the ground floor 1,100 square foot space (except the restroom). Everything is brand new in the studio. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (pods included), glassware & serving ware, hot/cold bottled water station, and small dining table. The spacious private bath is brand new with top-of-the-line fixtures. There is a full-length mirror behind the door. The front area of the studio includes a mobile HMU station with multiple outlets and USB charging, 3 directors chairs, a lounge area, and a changing area. The studio has freshly polished concrete floors throughout. There are thoughtfully placed outlets throughout the studio, including 8 on each side of the cyc - each on their own circuit. There is 600mb WiFi, a brand new 3 ton mini-split AC system, and a WiFi sound system controllable via Spotify or a number of other platforms. Also included, a 6-foot folding table and folding chairs, ladder, garment rack, garment steamer. The pricing listed here is for traditional use of the space as a photo studio, with 15 or less people. Alternative uses of the space and requests for more than 15 people will be considered on a case by case basis, and will have different rates and may require a cleaning fee.
