Meetings, Events and Film. The Victorian era cabin on a large hill side lot. Cabin originally sat on Scott avenue by Elysian Park. Building has been recently redesigned with extra lofty ceiling and exposed large beams. It's warm with lots of natural light from sky lights. The floors are French Oak. The counter is pink European marble. Bathroom and shower has warm terra cotta floor. There is floor-to-ceiling tile (L.A. made) in the shower, with extra tall glass. Thermostatic shower and brass bathroom hardware. The house comes with a cement patio with chairs and a table to enjoy next to the house. The property itself has a large lot. Up hill has a view and garden. The top has another space with a deck.
