STRICTLY NO WATER, LIQUIDS, GLITTER OR OILS IN BATHTUB
Our Bath tub is handmade and made from Terrazzo stone. Any damage incurred will result in the cost of a replacement + shipping fees at a cost of approximately ten thousand dollars.

Our Bathtub is stone but fragile and MUST NOT be moved under any circumstances. Any damage incurred will result in the cost of a replacement + shipping fees at a cost of approximately ten thousand dollars.
FLOORS - To match our rustic aesthetic, the floors have been purposefully redone to their natural state; raw, concrete + untreated. Please do not put any personal property on the floor + wear shoes. We have booties.
STRICTLY NO LOUD MUSIC. Music may ONLY be played at lounge level. Failure to respect the space and surrounding business by playing loud music will result in the early termination of booking.
STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. No exceptions, no Pets are allowed in the space. Turn up with Pet, booking will be immediately canceled.
STRICT FOOD + DRINK POLICY. Food and drink consumption only allowed using our fold up furniture. Strictly no dood or drink to be consumed on our furniture. Any spillages incurred will result in substantial fee added to booking.
