Gorgeous Penthouse in the Sky! corner studio, at 1425 square feet with high ceilings and huge floor to ceiling windows. A modern, minimalist design with iconic designer and vintage furniture pieces. The spacious penthouse loft has stunning views of the fashion district and arts district. The space has beautiful paneled feature walls ideal for e-commerce and fashion photography. The current layout with rug and coffee table in center of main space can be adjusted and configured prior to booking if you give us notice. MINIMUM BOOKING TIME IS 2 HOURS. NOTHING LESS STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS 1.5X IF OVERTIME REQUESTED WITH LESS THAN 1 HOUR OF BOOKING REMAINING OVERTIME RATE IS 2.0X Please, No Live Bands or Performances for music videos. No Loud music. No large crews more than 12 people. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE READ RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO AVOID CANCELLATION AND EXPENSIVE ADDITIONAL FEES: STRICTLY NO STANDING ON OR ITEMS ON FURNITURE.
