All equipment request needs to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the booking. If booking is confirmed within the 48 hours of starting time, this equipment request should be communicated prior to the booking confirmation.

There are limited street parking spaces that are free after hours.
Cheapest Parking Weekday: 845/848 S Olive Street $7-8
Cheapest Parking Weekend: 728 S Olive St ($5-7 weekends; $15/day weekday)
Parking rates fluctuate and are cheaper after 2-5 pm; space is not guaranteed. Occasional film production may take the entire lot. Other lots are available nearby too.
Buzz 403 at the front gate, make sure the gate is closed after you.
We have a loading zone in front of the building. For your convenience, you can arrange to drop off equipment up to 10 minutes before your booking starts.
Additional equipment and props are available for rent.

Studio Rules:
No smoking in the building
No shoes on carpets
Clean your shoes' soles at the dedicated area by the entrance, wear a shoe cover, or no shoes (socks ok)
Use furniture as they are intended i.e: no sitting on tables or standing on chairs; do not climb shelves.
it is required for the guests to restore the space to the checked-in condition, or pay a cleaning and replacement fee.
Furniture can be only moved within its vicinity - Some pieces of furniture are rentable as props and can be moved thereafter.
Sensible noise level please - no ex cessive loud sound, jumping, dropping things, etc.
Please do not book if you or anyone in your party has COVID symptoms.
Minors should be accompanied by adult guests at all times. The guardian is responsible for damage, injury, and fee caused by minors.
Close-set or preference of the site-rep gender needs to be communicated 48 hours before booking. Close-set requires a $100 fee, a copy of valid state-issued ID, and a $1000 deposit via Venmo, check, or POS onsite, and a 4-hour minimum booking.
For anything of great importance to your production that is not clearly described here, please reach out to confirm before booking. (i.e: your talent elephant cannot fit our door, it is your responsibility to ask about our door dimensions before booking)
We are unable to accept same-day bookings or booking requests after 9 pm from the previous day.
