Our DTLA Office Space is a great option for film production crews who are seeking a traditional or medical office to stage for their next project. With up to 10,000 SF available, this space is ideal for banking, law firm, and any office type setting production. Originally built in 1984, this high rise office building with ground floor retail is located at the corner of 2nd & Central, in the heart of Little Tokyo. The building has excellent visibility with ample parking and is situated in front of a major courthouse, public defender' s office, immigration services and various residential condominiums. Several small and large private corner and interior offices with picture size windows and plenty of natural light available for rent. The flooring in all the offices is carpet with tile in the breakroom and bathrooms. The space can be arranged to accommodate any size cast and crew ranging from a single private office to multiple cubicles and conference rooms spanning the floor. Filming in the lobby space and rooftop can also be arranged as an add-on.
